How we work

Every project is different. We start with the material, brief or problem and explore what is technically and commercially possible.

Projects can involve:

Material development
Testing and processing recovered plastics and technical materials to develop new sheet materials and applications.

Design & prototyping
Developing ideas, prototypes and product concepts around a particular material, use or requirement.

Fabrication & making
Using CNC machining, thermoforming, injection moulding, sewing and hands-on fabrication to turn ideas into physical outcomes.
